The staff were very unfamiliar with the Ceatrip platform. Fortunately, I hired a Korean tour guide for the first time, but it still took nearly 20 minutes to resolve the issue, which was really not ideal. I hope the staff's foreign language skills can be improved. However, the overall environment is very suitable for children under 12 years old. The service combined with the sauna is great. My children and I returned twice because the weather in Korea is really too hot.

The environment is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the store clerk didn't seem to be very clear about what was included in the creatrip ordering plan, so he still charged us extra for 3 towels and 1 set of sauna suits that day.

We were the only couple to enter.
Everyone came with their families and had fun.
But actually, we had a lot of fun because we had poor physical strength.
There is a large spinning water pool and other small swimming pools.
It is played for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break.
The food is expensive, but it's also expensive outside, so I think it's okay to eat here.
