Easy pickup, luckily the time set for pick up there's a staff in hongdae branch so it makes things easier, drop off no staff but it's still easy to put it back to the locker.

Tips though it's quite confusing when suddenly asked to fill other forms.
Will book again if there's another concert in Seoul

It was my first time using a Galaxy Ultra, so it was quite difficult to take photos. There was someone there when I picked it up at the Hongdae entrance, which was great. However, when it came time to return it, I didn't know how to do it, and I don't think there was an email with important information about returning it (sorry if I misread it), so I struggled a bit. However, they responded quickly via Instagram message, which was helpful. Since there probably wasn't an email with important information about returning it, I ended up forgetting to charge it and returning it, so it's best to ask in advance via KakaoTalk or Instagram.
