It was my first time renting a mobile phone. The customer service was very good and I could communicate in Chinese. When I encountered a transmission problem, they gave me more time to transfer and return it later. I am really grateful. I will consider renting again next time! But I didn’t know how to pick up the mobile phone charger at the beginning. Can you explain it in detail in the remarks column or when you send a private message to pick up the notification?

I rented it for two days for a concert and it was great. I can see why so many people rent it. The pickup and return instructions were easy, even in Japanese. The camera settings are a little difficult, so it would be helpful if they sent me a notification with recommended settings! I'd like to use it again next time.

I asked them to create a backup of my data, but it took about a week for them to send me the backup link.
If you're in a hurry, I think it's better to save your data yourself.
Since the support is in Korean on KakaoTalk, there were some hiccups, but they were very helpful.
I'd like to use their services again if I have the opportunity.

I used the S23 at the Winner concert and was able to take clear photos of the second floor. It's also very convenient. You can pick it up at the Olympic Park (and get a bottle of ice water, which is so thoughtful) and return it at Hongdae. I will rent it again if I have the chance.
