I tried out Korean makeup in preparation for sightseeing in a hanbok.

The first thing that surprised me was the makeup products!

I was so excited because they chose the color that suited me from so many products that I thought I was an idol.

I asked for a pink-based makeup, which was more like an actress's makeup, simple but bright, rather than idol-like makeup.

The first thing that surprised me was that the foundation quickly disappeared my skin problems such as blemishes and wrinkles! !

Also, by applying foundation after finishing all my eye makeup, the colors other than my under-eye bags became brighter, making my under-eye bags more noticeable than usual. ? ? This was a fresh and impressive idea✨

And what got me even more excited was the false eyelashes!

I had an image of Japanese false eyelashes being black and heavy, like seaweed?, but by using partial false eyelashes, my eyes looked natural and light, like my own eyelashes!

They made beautiful curls with a stick heated with a lighter, which I will try to use in the future.

However, due to my existing skin problems, my makeup came off over time, which was a shame.
Next time I go, I'll definitely ask how to touch up my makeup!
At the end, they told me all the products they used and even let me take photos.

I was very happy that it gave me some ideas for things I wanted to buy during my trip, and I was also very grateful that they gave me a lip balm to touch up!
As for hair and makeup, the methods are completely different from those in Japan! I was impressed that Korea is really good at it.
I was especially happy that my concerns about the shape of my head were resolved just by blow-drying.

It took about an hour to do my makeup carefully, and then about 20 minutes to set my hair. It was my first time to book a makeup salon in Korea, and I was very satisfied. There was a small, cute dog in the salon, which was soothing. The staff were all kind and reassuring. I would like to book again if I have plans to go to Seoul.

I went in without deciding what kind of hair I wanted, but the lady showed me a few options and I was able to choose my favorite.
The finished look was just as I had hoped, and it was the idol hair of my dreams 🥺

The makeup artist was able to speak English, and we had a very fun conversation and it was over in a flash. She showed me some makeup images and understood my preferred pattern, and she finished it very carefully from the base, so I was very satisfied ✨

What surprised me most was that the hair and makeup didn't come off! ! I went out all day that day, but even at night my hair didn't lose volume, it remained fluffy the whole time, and the thin set of my bangs was kept!
The makeup was sparkly the whole time, and although the foundation did get wrinkled, it came off nicely, and I was able to spend the day without getting dirty.

Thanks to the cute hair and makeup, I had a lot of fun that day. I was only planning to do it once as a memory, but I was so satisfied that I would like to do it again when I come to Korea again 🥰 Thank you very much!
