I recently had the 18-step scalp treatment with Jiyoung, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, Jiyoung made me feel relaxed and taken care of. She was so knowledgeable and gentle throughout the entire process.

The treatment itself was incredibly thorough — every step felt like it had a purpose, from deep cleansing and exfoliation to soothing hydration and stimulation. I could literally feel the difference in my scalp by the end. It felt cleaner, healthier, and so refreshed.

What really blew me away was how much it helped my hair. It’s noticeably shinier, feels stronger, and my roots even feel lighter and less oily. I’ve struggled with scalp buildup and irritation before, but this treatment made a huge difference.

I can’t recommend Jiyoung and this 18-step scalp treatment enough, it’s truly next level. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Got rid of alot of inflammation already... got some products to do home care treatment as well... all the staff was very welcoming... a big shoutcout to Jiyoung ... she was amazing with me!!!
