I'm not good at Korean or English, but I was relieved that they spoke to me in Japanese. 
Even though I didn't have a clear image in mind, they suggested makeup that suited me and I had a wonderful time!

I mostly spoke in Korean, but they also speak a little Japanese, so Japanese customers should feel comfortable using their service. They will use a translator to explain anything you don't understand.
