The consultant was very nice and friendly. She answered all of my questions and concerns and gave me a lot of reassurance and advice on what I wanted to do (options for Botox on armpits and glabella). There was some wait time, but they had coffee/tea and a large space to chill. The doctor who delivered the Botox was very efficient and there was minimal pain to the areas he applied. It’s been a couple of weeks since then, and the Botox is holding up well!
