The hair salon is located 2 minutes walk from Seoul Forest Station. The store is easy to find. You can check in smoothly by showing the reservation confirmation letter.
Before the formal start, they will provide a simple English questionnaire for customers to fill in their specific ideas and needs for hairstyles, and will also provide drinks and simple refreshments.
I have prepared photos, so before the operation, the designer actively explained my current hair quality and current situation to me, and detailed the parts that can be achieved and those that may be difficult to achieve.
I am very satisfied with the final result. In the end, the designer and the assistant will also carefully explain how to arrange it after returning home. The whole process is completed in simple Korean and English.
Overall, the experience is very good, but maybe because the hair salon is located in Seoul Forest, the price is more expensive than the average Korean hair salon (I cut, perm and care for about 260,000 won), but it is a very comfortable travel experience, recommended.

Good service by the hairdresser. He can't really speak English but we were able to communicate using a translation app. There wasn't any color analysis as promised and no discount as stated on Creatrip website. But the overall experience was still pretty good and I liked the style he gave me.
