To prevent no-shows, a deposit of 10,000 KRW will be charged, which will be automatically refunded to you the next day after the transaction is completed.
Once the reservation is completed, the amount cannot be changed. If you choose to cancel the reservation for personal reasons, there will be no refund.
If you need to change your personal information after completing the reservation, please send an email to help@creatrip.com. In this case, the deposit will not be deducted.
If you are unable to reach the airport due to unavoidable reasons, the deposit will be refunded.

Reservations can be made up to 14 days before the pickup date up until 08:00 KST the day of the pickup.
