Very friendly staff. Had a translator even though I never asked explicitly for one. Very clear about why each colour and/or tone suits you. Went through a lot of options including accessory colours, suit colours, make up and lipstick.

Oh it was pretty great actually. Went to my appointment a little after my plane landed to get it out of the way first. Was already pretty confident on having cool tone and my daily clothes but they helped me with finding what would be good seasonal ones and also with my makeup! they looked some products up and showed what to get and where to buy! The only issue i had was that I have red hyperpigmentation/rosacea and they had to scan my hand for the foundation match. Overall though very fun and a great learning experience.

super friendly and kind service. really insightful and also had a translator there to help us! she taught us which colors to wear for clothing and makeup and how to color our hair. she also answered any questions we had very well!

I went together with my friend and we did it in one session. It was really helpful and the woman who consulted us was so nice and very helpful. Because we just speak english, they also organised a lady who translated everything for us who also was really nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our time there and it was so much fun! We could ask every kind of question and she also offered to check our make up to confirm that it really suits our individual type. She explained everything through out the process what she recommends and what not and why. We definitely recommend this to find out which specific colours match your whole look! Also the price was really reasonable cause you get provided with informations which will last you for a loooong period of time. And like i said it's just so much fun. Thank you!
