Because the only branch that can be booked is the Hongdae branch with a gray background, I specially came to the Hongdae branch. The staff is friendly and kind, and provides instructions in different languages (probably because there are many foreign customers), which is simple and easy to understand. The props and different chairs are all placed in the room where the photo is taken, and can be used freely within 20 minutes, which is very convenient (and also avoids the embarrassment of changing props). The final effect is very ideal, it is worth purchasing the original picture.

The staff was super friendly and gave us an extra 10min because there was a vacant slot after us. We told her we wanted a natural-look for the photo touchup and she did just that. less is more! we were very happy with our visit :)

The store clerk was very friendly. Even though he arrived two minutes before the reservation time, the store clerk was very nice and said that he could just arrive before the reservation time.
