- Starting July 25, 2025, the LINE (@creatrip) channel will be discontinued. After payment, go to your [Order History Page] → clicking the chat icon at the bottom right → and select [Live Chat] to proceed with delivery. See below for guidance!
- Until July 25, 2025, deliveries will still be processed through the LINE (@creatrip) channel as before.
- Delivery Hours: 14:00-22:00 KST
- Please note that there will be no delivery or support during lunch break (14:00–15:00 KST).
- Support is available in Chinese, English, and Korean. For other languages, we’ll assist using a translation tool.
- Delivery may arrive within ±30 minutes of your selected time depending on traffic conditions. We appreciate your understanding that exact timing may be difficult. Changes to delivery time cannot be made on the same day.
- Please keep an eye on your chat messages starting one hour before your selected time. We’ll update you in real time. If you don’t check your messages, delete the chat, or leave the chatroom, your order may not be delivered properly. Please be sure to stay connected.
