Today, I visited 'One-person Scrub Shop ONA', a women-only shop located in Myeongdong.
It's only about a 3-minute walk from Myeong-dong Station, so the accessibility is really excellent, and it's in a perfect location to stop by after exploring the Myeong-dong shopping street.
When you arrive at the building and go down to the first basement floor, you’ll see the entrance to ‘Ona’ right away.
Because it was a clean and quiet space, I started to feel excited the moment I walked in.

As soon as I entered the store, the clean interior harmoniously blending white and wood tones caught my eye.
Overall, thanks to the calm and warm atmosphere, I felt naturally at ease from the moment I walked in.
Thanks to the neatly organized space, I felt confident about the hygiene, and the quiet, pleasant atmosphere made it feel like everything was ready for relaxation.

I was able to receive treatment alone in a clean and cozy space, so it felt really private and comfortable.
First, change into the prepared gown and get ready for your body scrub.
Inside the bathhouse, a variety of bath bombs and body care products were prepared.

Once you're ready for the scrub, take off your gown and start by soaking in the tub.
Normally, body scrubbing is done while fully undressed, but today I'm wearing a swimsuit for content filming, so please keep that in mind!
Thanks to the warm water temperature and the gentle music flowing from the spa, I felt at ease and could quietly focus on my bath.
Then, choose your preferred scent from the prepared bath bombs and add it to the tub for an even more pleasant bath time.
The fragrant steam and warm water blended together, and I really liked the feeling of my body and mind gradually relaxing.
The interesting thing was that there was a thermometer available so you could check the water temperature yourself!
I felt reassured seeing the water temperature with my own eyes, and I was able to enjoy bathing more comfortably at a warm temperature that suited me.
After finishing the bath, when you lie face down on the scrubbing table, the real body scrub begins.

After pouring warm water from the bathtub over your body, carefully care for your upper body, starting from your back to your arms,
After that, they moved on to the lower body and carefully scrubbed every part from the thighs to the calves.

After finishing the back, they thoroughly scrubbed the front while I was lying on my back.
Along with the refreshing feeling of all the dead skin on your body being thoroughly removed,
I felt really refreshed and invigorated after it was finished because you took such careful care of even the areas I usually neglect.

After a quick shower to rinse off, I moved to the treatment room to receive an aroma massage.
If you lie face down, the massage therapist will come and gently start the massage for you.

I was really satisfied that they carefully asked about my condition and desired pressure, and provided detailed care perfectly suited to my body's state.

The upper body massage was neatly finished by gently wiping off the applied aroma oil from the upper body with a warm, damp towel.
