Our Visit

Today, I visited the women's only premium body scrub shop 'Seian Yeonnam' located in Yeonnam-dong, Mapo-gu.

'Seian Yeonnam' is a space where you can comfortably heal in a private area, not a public bathhouse, through personalized care services.

Hongik Univ. Station Exit 3 just go straight, so it was very easy to find the way.

The store had an overall wood tone that gave a very antique and comfortable feel.

Even though I went in the morning, there were already a lot of customers.

It seemed like the travelers had a treatment early in the morning and started their day feeling refreshed.

According to the reserved course, I created a checklist that fit my needs such as bath additives and scrubbing intensity, and listened to an overview of the procedure through a video.

Today, I decided to receive 'Relax Course A'.

This course is said to provide a soothing effect from aroma oil and allows you to choose between a focused care for either the upper body or lower body, easing muscle tension to provide a revitalized feeling.

The interior design also provided a luxurious atmosphere and a cozy feeling, making it the perfect space for me to relax.

When you enter the changing room, a styler and body dryer are ready for you.

As a premium saesin shop, the latest devices stood out.

I felt that putting in the clothes I wore and having them steamed made me think they were being cared for more meticulously.

From Illiyoon lotion to sanitary pads and tampons, I was able to get ready for a bath more comfortably.

After changing clothes, I entered the scrub room to receive a scrub.

It was decorated so sensibly and cozily that just looking at it was healing.

First of all, I swelled myself in the bathtub with the bath bomb.

I chose the lemon scent and I liked that the lemon scent was subtle, and I was able to relax while drinking the welcome tea they prepared.

After about 15 minutes, we started the full-body scrub right away.

She scrubbed every corner of my body meticulously, and I felt refreshed the whole time.

They also gave a back massage and placed stones along with cleansing.

I felt like all the fatigue of the day melted away.

After cleansing, they applied a modeling pack.

It was refreshing with mint, and while the modeling pack was drying, they gave me an aroma massage and foot care.

Aroma massage offers a choice between the upper and lower body, and I chose the lower body.

Foot care contains ingredients similar to a pain relief patch, so it feels hot and cool, making it seem like your fatigue is relieved.

And I got a shampoo and hair pack treatment, and when applying the hair pack, they also gave me a trapezius, shoulder, and scalp massage, so even though the aromatherapy massage was only for the lower body, thanks to the hair pack massage, it felt like a full body treatment.

After receiving the hair pack, the modeling pack dried and was removed, and it was fascinating to be able to see the shape of the face.

After the entire process was completed, I rinsed my body with the prepared shower inside.

After rinsing the body, I stood at the body dry machine to dry the remaining moisture.

Due to the strong wind, it dried really quickly.

Got dressed and came to the vanity to dry my hair.

A Dyson hairdryer is available, and there's Laneige basic cosmetics, Illiyoon sunscreen, and even hair essence, so it looks like you don’t need to bring any basic cosmetics.

After tidying up and writing a review, they said they would give us banana milk, so I participated.

In Korea, there is a culture of enjoying saunas and drinking banana milk, so I recommend you try it at least once!
