PlanS Clinic is collaborating with domestic university research institutes and has excellent procedures. For this purpose, the clinic is continuously conducting research and are quickly incorporating the latest research results to develop their procedures.

After arriving, I showed my reservation confirmation and passport to the desk, and then sat on the sofa to wait for a while.

First, I washed my face in the powder room. For a lift procedure, it is recommended not to wear makeup and come with a bare face.

In the powder room, various cleansing products, hair dryers, straighteners, combs, towels, and other necessary items were all prepared.

I thoroughly cleansed my skin and used the provided towel to dry my face.

Just put the used towel in the towel cabinet behind.

Next, I entered the 1:1 private counseling room and received counseling for the procedure.

After understanding in detail what your concerns are and what effects you want, PlanS will set up a customized treatment designed for each individual. I decided to get the Titanium Package and Triple Body Package Treatment to improve my concerns about my face shape and arm line. We proceeded with the explanation of the procedure.

Titanium lifting, wrinkle injections, diet pills, triple body laser, and various procedures were explained in detail, including the features, advantages, and precautions of each procedure, which made me feel relieved. Especially titanium lifting and botox injections are procedures that have many advantages that are difficult to find in other clinics! I'm really looking forward to the difference before and after.

Now I have moved to the procedure room to receive a titanium lift. The treatment room is designed as a single room, so you can receive a private lifting procedure.

First, lie down on the bed and tidy up your hair for the lifting. The gel may get on your hair, so they cover it with a towel.

This is the Titanium Lifting machine. PlanS is a clinic certified by Alma Korea, a manufacturer of titanium lifting, so I had full confidence in this clinic!

The tools are also neatly prepared next to it.

The chief doctor came in and checked the problem area again before starting the lifting procedure in earnest. First, they covered my eyes and applied gel to my face.

The procedure started from the right side of the face. Before starting, I was worried that it might hurt, but I felt only a warm sensation and didn't feel any pain at all.

They did the same on the left side. Even with the same machine, the results of a lifting procedure can vary depending on who does it and how they do it, so it was nice that they carefully designed it to fit my concerned areas. Foreign tourists receive an extra 100kj of treatment, which is more than the usual amount, because it is difficult for them to receive multiple treatments.

After the treatment they removed the gel. A slight redness occurs but it doesn't leave any major marks, so you can immediately resume your daily activities.

Now, to receive the rest of the treatment, you first need to change your clothes in the dressing room. The dressing room is spacious and comfortable.

There is a treatment gown made up of a top, bottom, and panties. The editor only needs to change clothes for the appointment to receive treatment on the forearm.

When you change your clothes and put on an additional gown, that's it. The gown will be removed just before the procedure.

Just put the clothes you're wearing in the locker and set the lock. Just press the desired 4-digit password and the # button, so it's easy.

Now I have moved to a different treatment room. Here is a large room with several beds placed together. But there was no inconvenience because the distance between the beds was far and there were curtains installed for each bed.

After the titanium lifting, we perform a whitening laser treatment to calm down the slight redness and skin. As a pre-step in the preparation process, I first applied a face pack on my face.

Then I turned on the laser machine and waited for about 15 minutes. There's no separate pain or irritation, you just need to lie down and wait.

After the brightening laser is finished, you can apply sunscreen if you want. I could definitely feel that my skin was much calmer than it was before.

Now it's time to get the V-line injection. This is the goal of injecting a shot into the double chin area to reduce double chin fat cells. The treatment is performed with the double chin created.

It was much more painful than the lifting procedure, probably because the injection needle was involved. Still, I think I was able to endure it because it was a short procedure.

After all the procedures related to facial contouring were completed, I prepared the Triple Body Laser. Although it is an arm line treatment, they say that you also need to apply a patch to the stomach area.

When you attach it to both the back and both arms, the preparation is complete. When the patch comes off, it's dangerous, so you have to stick it on tightly so it doesn't come off.

Now, the machine-operated triple body laser has started. A total of five different types of stimuli are applied to the forearm, and I was surprised when the stimuli came strongly at the beginning. As time goes by, I'm getting more and more used to it, so it's still bearable. But if you still can't resist, you can ask for a reduction in intensity.

Now I have removed all the patches that were attached. Now only the final arm injection is left.

The body fat injection was done a little differently than the V line fat injection. First, I attached a connected syringe needle to my forearm. This process doesn't hurt much.

Now, inject the stolen medication through the connected passageway. This process felt similar to the pain of the needle I was hit with earlier on my face. But still, this was okay because it was short.

After the removal injection was completed, we attached the band to the injection site. The injection may cause slight swelling immediately after, but it will subside quickly, so you don't have to worry too much. Finally, all procedures are finished!

Finally, you need to go to the pharmacy right next to the hospital to get the prescription diet pills. The pharmacy is right next door and the staff will guide you separately wherever it is.
