Our Visit
Today, I visited the Hongdae branch of Colorga Sanda to receive a personal color diagnosis. It’s conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the entrance station of Hongik University, making it highly accessible.
The store is spacious, adorned with aesthetically pleasing white wallpaper, creating a clean and pleasant atmosphere! In the diagnostic room, there are fabrics and various tools utilized throughout the diagnosis. I am eagerly anticipating the results!
Before receiving the diagnosis, listen to a basic explanation of personal color and the colors of clothes you often wear, favorite colors, Expected personal color, areas of concern for the body, etc. are filled out on the questionnaire.
Next, we start the diagnosis using color draping, and in order to accurately diagnose, we wear a white hood and proceed. At first, I looked at the appropriate brightness level, and I was diagnosed that the brightest white suits me better than dark colors like black. Dark-colored clothes are said to be avoided, so I will keep that in mind when choosing clothes from now on!
When diagnosing, as I looked at each thread, I noticed that even within the same category, my face color and face shape would change every time the color changed! Wow, that was amazing!
I was diagnosed with pink-toned colors, like cool-toned colors, suiting me better than warm-toned colors, like orange. Color by color, you carefully inspected and showed me the best and worst colors! When wearing the best color, my face looked pale. When it was worst color, it looked too dark and dull!
I received a diagnosis called Summer Light. Especially among summer lights, pastel colors are said to go well!
I brought my frequently used cosmetics, and she showed me how to use them and whether they suit me well! I was told that most of the things I frequently use don't match well with colors. After the diagnosis, I think I should visit a cosmetics shop!
