Ari Hanbok reserves the right to charge the full cost of laundry or repairs in case of damage or contamination of the hanbok.
Please wear a white short-sleeved shirt or innerwear with the hanbok top, as it is made of translucent sheer fabric.
Please choose the exact date and time on the reservation page for smooth processing.
You do not need to leave any items or a deposit when renting hanbok.
The hanbok design cannot be pre-determined and will be decided on-site.
No additional VAT will be charged when paying for additional services by credit card.
Please refrain from smoking while wearing Hanbok.

Photography Session
For the photography package, the photographer will be confirmed after confirming with the studio and will be coordinated accordingly.
The original photos can be received on the same day.
They will take more than 100 photos.
For additional participants, an extra fee of 80,000 won per person will apply.
For groups with 4 or more participants, two photographers will be hired.
The hanbok cost is not included and is charged separately.
The photoshoot is approximately 40 mins.

Our Visit
Today, we visited "Ari Hanbok," a hanbok rental shop located near Gyeongbokgung Palace. Ari Hanbok is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gyeongbokgung Station, making it easily accessible.
It sounds like there were hanbok shoes displayed right next to the entrance. Renting shoes incurs an additional cost of 5,000 won and you can pay for them on-site before trying them on.
As soon as you enter, you can see the beautiful hanboks hanging, and the designs and colors, ranging from gradients to floral patterns, give a unique feel that sets it apart from other places.
At the makeup counter located right next to the entrance, they provide hairstyling services. You can share your preference and the staff will recommend accessories that suit you.
The hanbok shop also boasts high-quality denggi (traditional Korean hair accessories) that are handmade by the owner.
The biggest difference and feature of Ari Hanbok is their recommendation of hanbok colors based on personal color diagnosis. The service started with the intention of helping customers choose the true hanbok they desire. This service is especially suitable for foreign customers who do not wear hanbok often and are not familiar with it. If the staff is assisting other customers when you visit, you can freely choose the hanbok style you want while waiting for your turn.
Ari Hanbok's main product is premium hanbok. The layered skirt, called "kankanee," is made with 12 layers and is custom-made with selected colors to add a traditional touch to the hanbok. Please note that there is an additional fee for this skirt.
Certainly, the unique color schemes and designs are emphasized because of the fact that they are made in-house. As an editor, I would definitely consider coming here to rent a hanbok in the future!
They also provide one bag each to our customers, so you can choose a style that matches your hanbok and carry your belongings comfortably.
Unfortunately, men's hanbok is only available in a corner and there aren't many options to choose from. However, there are various colors available, so if you come as a couple, you can still coordinate your outfits well.
Inside, there are lockers and a makeup counter for doing updos.
This sewing frame is used to make denggi, a decorative hair accessory for traditional Korean hairstyles. In addition to denggi, they also make and repair hanbok.
The fitting rooms are located on the half floor up and there are five rooms available, so you can comfortably try on the hanbok.

Go straight ahead after exiting the exit.
