Great little budget hotel right next to Seoul station. Service was friendly and the rooms are clean although a but small, but that's what you can expect for the price. I had to check in extremely late but was still provided clear instructions on what to do when I got there. One note for those travelling with pram or heavy luggage, there's no elevator so be prepared to go up 2 flights if stairs. This also goes for Seoul station. Although this hotel is close to exit 13 and 14, both don't have escalators or elevators, just stairs.

The room was a bit small, but it's very near to the Seoul Station exit 13. If you don't mind the subway noises, it's an affordable choice. The other cons is that building doesn't have elevator. Thus, you will need to carry your own luggage up to 2 floors to reach the reception. The receptionist could speak a bit if English as well.

The location is very good. Near the exit of metro. However, the room is really small. There was no place to stand after opening my luggage. The bathing materials are simple -- two packs of bath wash and shampoo. Be sure to bring your own bathing staffs. The check-in and check-out were all by ourselves. No breakfast is included.

Rooms: -it’s a small room with a double bed and just enough space for the price. -The reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is because of the cleanliness of the room. Its has some splattered (looks like) coffee on the walls that can just be wiped off and just hasn’t. The tv came with instructions, but… that did not work properly. -And there was no shower curtain. ——————————————————————— Service - the receptionist at the front desk does understand and speaks decent English. Very professional and patient. ———————————————————————- Location - THE LOCATION IS THE BEST!!! The KTX (Train Station) is right behind the hotel. It’s a Subway entrance (14) right in front of the hotel. Definitely a recommend if you’re planning on doing some hanging out and moving around … but, not trying to be very far from a main source of transportation! ——————————————————————— Also, be advised - at the time of me being at this hotel, there was no elevator option. So, yes… you will have to take a few flights of steps.

The front staff is kind and approachable, attentive to your question and needs, the rooms are clean and also have a TV but unfortunately the TV is not working. It's open but disconnected. It's a Samsung brand, so I tried to connect my Samsung phone for smart TV to watch Netflix, but with NO avail. We are bothered to complain about it, so we end up using our phone. the front desk is on the 3rd floor. They don't have an elevator. You should use the stairs which is very old without wondow and very suffocating by the cigarette smell. Not accessible by the wheelchair. But a very good location walking distance right beside KTX Seoul station.
